Denis Litvinenko
Denis Litvinenko was born in Russia and graduated from Monterey High School in Monterey, California, in 1993.
He enlisted in the United States Army, serving as a cavalry scout from 1999 to 2001. He later returned to military service as an artillery officer from 2004 to 2012. During his service, he deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (2006–2007), where he earned the Combat Action Badge.
Denis earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from San Jose State University in 2003 and later completed a Master of Liberal Arts in Legal Studies from Harvard Extension School in 2016.
His professional experience includes working with individuals with disabilities at Adelante Development Center and serving as a legislative assistant at the New Mexico State Legislature.
